Privacy & account data

What this platform stores

Your sign-in name and email, business profile, funding goals, self-reported credit scores, checklist responses and notes are stored in the platform database. Customers can access their own audit; authorized administrators can review cases. Private admin notes are not included in customer responses.

Keep sensitive documents outside this workflow

Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, banking credentials, full account numbers, or full credit reports. This platform does not pull bureau reports or submit lender applications. Credit data is self-reported and is not independently verified.

Service providers

Manus provides application hosting and sign-in. Stripe handles hosted payments; card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Credit Plug. When available, Calendly provides consultation scheduling. Transactional email remains disabled unless an approved provider and sender are configured.

Account requests

You can export your customer audit from the portal. Contact info@creditplug.com with questions or requests to review, correct, or remove your account data. This notice describes the current platform implementation; it does not replace any separate business agreement or establish a fixed retention period.
